LiveLuxe Privacy Notice

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 · Contact: booking@liveluxetravelco.com

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Notice explains how Live Luxe Travel Co ("LiveLuxe," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use LiveLuxeTravel and our travel advisory services. LiveLuxe is responsible for your personal information as the data controller. LiveLuxeTravel is operated on our behalf by our technology service providers, who process your information only on our instructions, and payment card details are handled by a specialized, independently certified payment vault provider as described in Section 4.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide our travel advisory services and operate LiveLuxeTravel: to build and manage your traveler profile, arrange and manage bookings with third-party travel suppliers on your behalf, communicate with you about your trips, provide customer support, maintain the security of the service and prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Payment Card Storage & Security

Secure storage of your payment card. If you choose to save a payment card with LiveLuxe, your card details are collected through a secure form served directly by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment vault provider. Your full card number and card security code are never stored on LiveLuxe's own systems: they are encrypted and held in the vault provider's secure environment, and LiveLuxe's advisors can access them only through controlled, verified, and logged reveal tools.

Your authorization. By completing a card authorization form, you authorize Live Luxe Travel Co and its travel advisors to use your stored card — including the card security code (CVV/CVC) — to pay third-party travel suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators) for the bookings described on that form. Each travel supplier charges your card as its own merchant of record; LiveLuxe does not process the payment itself.

Retention of your card security code. So that your advisor can complete supplier bookings that fall due after you save your card, the vault provider retains your card security code for up to 180 days from the date you complete the authorization form. It is deleted automatically at the end of that period, and you or your advisor can delete it sooner at any time — including as soon as your bookings are paid. If it is needed again after deletion, you will be asked to re-enter only the security code through a secure form — you will not need to re-enter your full card details. Your card number and expiration date remain securely stored until you delete them.

Your control. In LiveLuxeTravel you can view your stored card, control which advisors can access it, and delete it — including the security code — at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:

6. Advisor Access

Your traveler profile is visible to the advisors at LiveLuxe who serve you. Payment card access is managed separately: LiveLuxeTravel shows you which advisors can access your stored card, and you can grant or revoke that access at any time. Every reveal of stored card details by an advisor requires one-time-passcode verification and is recorded in an audit log.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep your traveler profile and trip information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Stored payment cards remain in the vault until you delete them; the card security code is retained only as described in Section 4. You can delete your stored card, including the security code, at any time in LiveLuxeTravel, effective immediately. To request deletion of your account or other personal information, contact booking@liveluxetravelco.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have equivalent rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at booking@liveluxetravelco.com or use the controls in LiveLuxeTravel.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where the platform is operated. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Security

We and our service providers use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Payment card details receive the additional protections described in Section 4. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at booking@liveluxetravelco.com.

11. Children

LiveLuxeTravel accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Traveler profiles for minors travelling on an itinerary may be created and managed only by an adult account holder such as a parent or guardian.

12. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will post the updated version at this location with a revised effective date, and will notify you in LiveLuxeTravel of material changes.
